ADDITIONAL DATA COLLECTION ACTIVITIES (AUTOMATIC INFORMATION)

Concentrix Catalyst automatically receives the information about the application's use through third-party tracking utility providers (Google-Firebase, Microsoft AppCenter). This may include operating system version, mobile model name which locally installed Concentrix Catalyst applications you use (if any) and how you use them, Concentrix Catalyst does not ask you for, access or track any location-based information from your device. If Concentrix Catalyst wishes to do so in the future to enhance our website, Concentrix Catalyst will specifically ask your permission.

DATA COLLECTION

Personal Info:

When visiting our website, you are not required to provide any personal data. Concentrix Catalyst relies on consent or other lawful principles established for data collection under applicable laws. For the purposes mentioned above, Concentrix Catalyst may collect the following personal data about you:

The phone number and email are used for getting the access to our mobile application (Registration purpose)

Location:

We use location-related information that you allow us to receive if you turn on the Location Services device setting, and you may disable location services at any time in your device’s settings. We may use your GPS location to identify the nearest sites to manage energy and utilities in EMS platform

Photos & Files:

To avail certain Services (Creating tasks, tickets) on the EMS mobile App, Users are required to provide certain supporting documents (Images and Pdf contents)

App Activity:

Google firebase analytics stating that analytics of the app as well as tracking frequently visited pages and location of the mobile app currently being used. We do not collect any user specific data to track all the information.

Device or other ID’s:

Firebase Cloud Messaging uses Firebase installation IDs to target devices for message delivery.

App info and performance

App Center Crashes will automatically generate a crash log every time your app crashes. Crash logs contain valuable information (stack traces, or other information related to crashes) for developers to help fix the crash.

SECURITY

Concentrix Catalyst uses standard industry measures to ensure the security of any personal information you provide. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that information transmitted over the Internet is secure. Therefore, although Concentrix Catalyst takes reasonable measures to ensure your data, we cannot guarantee the security of your transmissions and you do so at your own risk. After transmission, we will use industry standard measures to secure your information.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Concentrix Catalyst encourages parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. Our Services are not aimed at people under 18 and Concentrix Catalyst does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
